In many rural areas, access to safe drinking water remains a daily challenge. Communities often rely on distant or unsafe sources, affecting health and livelihoods. New Hope Foundation addresses this through sustainable WASH solutions that improve access to clean and reliable water.
NHF has enabled the construction of over 220 water tanks, installation of 580+ hand pumps, and development of 75 wells, creating reliable water points within communities. These interventions are now providing safer water access to around 60,000 individuals, covering 1,240 households across 68 villages.
By reducing dependence on contaminated sources, NHF’s WASH efforts contribute to better hygiene practices, lower risk of waterborne diseases, and improved living conditions. The approach emphasizes community engagement and basic sanitation awareness to ensure that water systems remain functional, used responsibly, and sustained over time.
Through these practical solutions, NHF continues to strengthen community resilience and promote healthier environments where access to clean water supports everyday life.
At New Hope Foundation, we work to ensure access to clean, safe, and reliable water for communities in need. Our WASH initiatives focus on sustainable infrastructure, improved hygiene practices, and long-term community resilience
